The upstairs renovation continues this week, with the installation of ductless minisplit units, electric panel installation, and the filling of a 30-yard dumpster with construction waste.
Here’s a graphic of the trade schedule that I developed prior to starting any work so that I could have a solid grasp on the sequence of steps that would be required to complete the renovation efficiently. I assigned each task to someone in an additional column that is not shown here.
Here's a picture of the 30-yard dumster that we filled up with consturction debris. I had assumed that I wouldn't fill even a 10-yard debris. Boy, did I miscalculate that one. I'm glad that they were out of 10-yard dumpsters and brought me a 30-yard dumpster instead.
